Registration & Access

Sai Setu is exclusively for the verified graduates, former students, and faculty of Shri Sai Vidhya Niketan Higher Secondary School, Garoth.
To maintain a secure and authentic network, we use a Two-Step Verification Process.

First, the OTP verifies you own your email address. Second, the school administration manually reviews your details (Name, Batch, Profession) against official school records to ensure you are a genuine alumnus before granting access to the directory.
Manual approvals are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours during working days. You will receive an official welcome email as soon as your account is approved and activated.

Account & Privacy

Once approved, log in and navigate to My Profile from the dashboard sidebar or top-right dropdown. You can upload a high-quality photo (JPG/PNG up to 2MB), update your mobile number, and edit your current location, bio, and profession to improve your network visibility.
Go to the Sign In page and click on Forgot Password?. Enter your registered email address, and we will send you a secure 6-digit OTP to verify your identity and allow you to create a new password.
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your passwords and data. Furthermore, your contact information and profile are strictly hidden from the public internet and are only visible to other verified, approved alumni who are logged into the portal.

Features & Networking

Navigate to the Alumni Directory. You can use the search bar to look up specific names, or use the dropdown filters to sort the directory by Passing Year to see everyone from your specific batch, or filter by Industry to find professional contacts.
Log in to your dashboard and click on Events & Networking. You will see a list of upcoming virtual webinars, physical meetups, and school reunions. Click the "Going" or "Maybe" buttons on the event card to register your attendance.
Currently, only System Administrators can publish official notices directly to the board. However, if you have an exciting alumni achievement, an award, or important news to share with the network, please reach out to the admin team, and we will proudly feature it!
